Miriam and I began training together almost 2 years ago. I had been recovering from a major surgery which had left me out of shape and in deep chronic daily pain. I had a lot of fight but no plan or idea where to start. When I first started training with her, I was embarrassed but she was so sweet I jelt comfortable. She encourages me to try the things I would not have the confidence for on my own and she believes in me so strongly That I am empowered to believe as well. I am doing things today that I had only imagined before and I am having a great time doing them! Miriam is an amazing trainer but she also cares for me as a whole person, as a woman and as a survivor. I started with her overweight, out of shape, in chronic pain and doubting myself and now I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been!!

Miriam trains my 14 year old daughter and we have been incredibly happy with the results! She has exceeded any expectations we had coming into program. We tried a few different training programs around the valley and Miriam’s has far and away been the most impactful! The combination of her personality, training style and private nature of the gym has lead to significant results in my daughter’s strength, agility, endurance, emotional and mental confidence!
